How it works & opt-in
Strawberry Bear helps its operator and the people they meet with keep appointments straight over text.
- What it sends. Scheduling and coordination messages — confirming a meeting time, checking availability, sending a reminder, or rescheduling. Conversational and low-volume.
- Who receives messages. Individuals who have provided their phone number to the operator and agreed to receive scheduling messages — typically someone arranging or holding a meeting with the operator. Numbers are never purchased, scraped, rented, or sourced from a list.
- How you opt in. Either by submitting your number in the sign-up form above and ticking the consent box, or by giving your phone number to the operator and agreeing to receive scheduling messages from Strawberry Bear. Both are consent to be contacted at that number for that purpose, and both are recorded with the date and the exact wording agreed to.
- Message frequency. Low, and only as needed to coordinate a meeting. There are no marketing, promotional, or bulk messages of any kind.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opting out and help. Reply STOP at any time and you will not be contacted again; reply HELP for support information.

Example: you receive "Hi Dana — this is Strawberry Bear, a scheduling assistant. Confirming your meeting tomorrow at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out." and reply "Yes, 10am works."
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- The names and phone numbers of the people the service communicates with.
- If you use the sign-up form: the number you entered, the date and time, the exact consent wording shown to you, and your IP address and browser user-agent — kept as the record of your consent.
- The content of the scheduling messages exchanged, so the assistant can carry on a coordination conversation coherently.
Why we collect it
Solely to operate the service: to know who a message is to or from, and to keep a scheduling conversation coherent.
How your data is stored and shared
Data is stored on the operator's own server. It is never sold, rented, or traded, and it is not shared with anyone.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We use Twilio as our messaging carrier/processor to deliver the service's messages. This is service delivery — passing a message through the carrier that sends it to your phone — not sharing your information for marketing.
Retention and deletion
If you have exchanged messages with the assistant and want your phone number and message history deleted, email support@strawberrybear.life and we will delete it.
Terms of Service
- Acceptable use. Strawberry Bear is used only for its intended purpose — scheduling and coordination messaging with recipients who have consented. It is not used unlawfully, or to harass or harm anyone.
- Your choice. If you receive a message, you may reply STOP at any time. You will not be contacted again.
- No warranty. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable or change at any time.
- Changes. The operator may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
